Assessed Valuation

The District’s current assessed valuation is more than $400 million dollars, an increase of more than 58% since 2017.  There are a number of factors that play into the increased valuation.  Among them are new construction (both residential and commercial) and an increase in assessed values as determined by the county assessor.  The district’s tax rate is set based upon the assessed valuation of the entire district.
