Parent Pick-Up Thank You
Thank you to everyone who has adjusted their pick-up times to be more considerate of our neighbors. Arriving at, or just after, the stated pick-up time will help keep the pick-up process efficient, and cause you to wait in line for less time. In addition, it keeps the car line along the neighboring streets short.
State Champion Ring Ceremony
Mark your calendars. The 2025 Girls Class 4 Cross Country State Champions will receive their championship rings prior to the football game on Friday, September 18. Awarding state championship team rings has become a Festus tradition and a tangible reward for the hard work and dedication it takes to become a state champion.
Free and Reduced Meal Applications
The Festus R6 School District wants to make sure that every student has a healthy meal every day. Free and Reduced meals are available to those who qualify. To make sure everyone who is eligible receives this benefit, we strongly encourage everyone to fill out and return a Free and Reduced Meal Application.
For those families who received free or reduced priced meals last school year, that benefit will expire on September 25, 2026. In order for that benefit to continue, those families to to complete a new Free and Reduced Meal Application and return it to school before the deadline.
